Hi, I’m Nick Pozza, an IT Director based in Atlantic County, New Jersey, with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. I currently serve as IT Director for The Arc of Atlantic County, where I oversee the organization’s technology infrastructure and operations.

Outside of my professional role, I’m passionate about all things tech. My interests include virtualization using XCP-ng, networking with Unifi, self-hosting, and building and maintaining homelabs. This site is a place where I share my experiences, projects, and thoughts on the technologies I work with every day.
